Charlie doesn't know the meaning of the word, "Heel" - he's an up-front kind of guy, but a pain-in-the-arm for his owner. Besides, it's embarrassing to have your dog take you for a walk. Leash pulling means lack of training or lack of proper training. Charlie could have learned the ropes when he was ten weeks old.
